Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

I and my daughter were satisfied. The order came quite quickly, for 13 days, which was very pleased, packed was very good. The set itself is chic, the colors are all bright, markers and pencils write perfectly, there is no smell of extraneous. the only thing upset, what i took for a gift to the child, and in the set was one pencil is immaculate, and the box itself is cracked, in some places torn. It certainly spoiled the impression a little, but not critical. in general, everything is fine, i recommend.
